Phone doesn't work

Before this I was using the 5s, and in comparison with speed & processing power, this phone is like lightning

I love my phone

I bought this phone as pre-owned and gently used about a month ago, and so far have enjoyed using it

My mom had done the same thing I did a few months before with a 5s model and that phone was 100% ruined by water damage
