it had some nearly microscopic scratches - literally invisible to the naked eye - on a small area of the back (which i saw while scoping the phone for the code lasered into the back-plate) and a tiny, tiny mark on the front.the phone was as promised - like new, clean, bagged in a very good quality air-pack with a charging cable, it had been properly wiped of data, it was properly unlocked and carrier-free... excellent overall
