The form of the claim and placement as well as the size of the print which completely negates the banner style upfront claim is what makes this fine print consumer fraud.

In consumer protection land this is what is known as "Fine Print Consumer Fraud".

This does appear in the fine print of my order.

The second AT&T store figured out the issue right away, and provided a new SIM card in the smaller format.
