Phone is fast as listed, but there is a major issue

Headphones are P.O.S, phone is awesome

The wall charger head broke off as soon as the USB Cable was plugged into it, then to make matters Exponentially worse, the phone would not charge after 2+ hours - where is the quality control on what is sent to a customer!
