I was hesitant in the past to buy a refurbished phone however I buy refurbished products all the time because they are a great deal and go through rigorous testing so less likely to get a lemon in my opinion

Everything works as it’s supposed to and I had no issues with my sim, I have T-Mobile

Looks like-new, no visible scratches but does have dust inside the speakers' holes and the front camera seems to have dust inside as well because the pictures are not as bright as on my wife's phone (same model)

Battery life was at 81% but bought a new battery for 10$ and works as if it is new now

but soon I realized that the phone is broken as it keeps shutting down repeatedly, and the batter percentage keeps dropping and then rising very disappointed
