I called customer service and besides the fact that the agent was very unfriendly and seemed confused as to why I would call about a defected product instead of going to get it fixed myself

Great product to start off with, but I buy a phone for it to last more than 95 days... when warranty ends after 90 days and then the product fails, it is based on them knowing that having warranty lasting for more than 90 days is too much of a product risk
