The inside bottom of the box also had a spot that looked like something had been glued in there and ripped out previously, and the cable and charging block were not insulated in any way and were just shaking around loose in the box

The cable that came with the phone is not working since day 1.

Crappy aftermarket cable that appears used, inner packaging that felt thoughtless

The cable was loose in the charging port and the phone never powered on!!

iPhone arrived with wrong charging cable and was not "refurbished"

I didn't want to return the iphone just for the defective cable

I would be nice to get a new cable to replace the defective cable.

Works as if I got it straight from AT&T

Works like brand new, was expecting something wrong with the screen or battery or the phone itself being slow but it works as if i had just bought it from the apple store

Everything works as it should.

My phone came in a day early and everything works as if brand new
