It seems perfectly new, no significant use marks

I opened up the phone and it started to warm up like it had been used for gaming or something hard

The cable came in plastic packaging where the bottom had been cut off, and the cord looked like it was used, then folded up and stuffed back into the cut open package.

Im using about 2 weeks and its working just fine
