Found out this product doesn't have genuine Apple parts which means if there are updates they might not work.

Very disappointed that she spent this much money on a product that doesn't work because with it not being a genuine Apple product not all updates will take.

At that time she was informed the reason why is because it's not a genuine Apple product.

They said the phone has a different backing on it that isn't Apple approved and it isn't making the right contact for the phone to work properly.
