The phone has froze on me couple times.

Sometimes I have to press a number 3 times before I actually get the number.

Camera only worked half the time.

I had a very hard time hearing on the phone, to the point that I actually made an appointment with an ENT specialist.

had it been unlocked in the first place like told in the description and had their also been a disclaimer that not all products may be ready to connect or may still be locked, i wouldnt have wasted such hard work, time and money.

The at&t representative and a manager messed with it multiple times and could not get it to work
