bad service, bad quality, dead battery all the time

It has a decent battery life (this has not even been an issue for me, but then again, I walk around with the thing in my Powerbook case and recharge it when it needs it) great performance, and above all it sounds fantastic

My research, both online and talking to iPod users, made me realize that if I wanted portable music I wanted LESS GB, not more because 20, 40, and 60 GB models strain the battery

Only the main device with bad battery and the non functional USB cableno hand-freecan't connect to iTunes= waste of money

It doesn't stay on when your pressing buttons and shuts off after a min or so of not being used which drains the battery.)3

For $400 I would have expected to see better battery life on these devices

Also does lock up every now and then, sometimes too cold, sometimes low battery

and I haven't even mentioned the terrible battery.

Within 6 months it acted up, making me do the ridiculous R method of resetting it over and again.

I have no warrenty now, so i'm stuck trying to restore, restart, and all those other crappy "R" fixes that they have that don't work
