For years now, I flat out refused to become a statistic and succomb to iPod/iTunes when there were just as many good products out there with more features and more usability at much more reasonable prices

The only disappointment I have is that I was not able to have mine engraved through this site as this was offered on other sites for this item but the price on this site was much better

No issues with the product but before the product was delivered Amazon dropped the price (2 days after purchase)

In summary:- the price I paid at Amazon was better than what I found at local stores or other online retailers; overall great value- the quality build of the iPod Classic is excellent- if the quality of music playback is more important to you than video playback (as well as storage), then the classic wins over the iPod

On Black Friday I waited in line at the local Apple store for their "BIG" yearly sale, which isn't pre-advertised thinking that Apple, of course, would have the best price.

I bought them separately here on Amazon for a great price and bought the case separately here too

The price trumps the Nano & iTouch models, which offer only a fraction of the storage space offered by teh Classic

Overall, this ipod is fantastic and it was a good price.

But hey, I'm fine with it since it was so hard to come by an iPod Classic priced this affordably.
