Clearly the seller is not customer service oriented, if they were they would have given me the option to fully refund my money or send me back a different ipod in case the problem were truly the ipod I have been sent (how novel!)

If I had known this Ipod would only work for six months, I would have saved up the money to buy a brand new one.

and so it is Ipod Zens best interest to refund my money so that I can purchase another ipod elsewhere

But in the end I feel that it was money well spent, it has served me well since 2008 and I have no problem recommending this product.
