I do love the shuffle feature for my playlists, so my workout playlist doesn't get stale.

While this is a cool new feature, I've found it to actually be more of an annoyance than something 'useful' and, if given the choice, would probably disable it

but there seems to be no mechanism for sales to report a problem to engineeringAdditionally, another 'feature' makes the device unable to be used for both music AND podcasts: you MUST have shuffle turned on to play music or you always play from the beginning of the list and you will get very tired of the first few tunes on the device, but you must have shuffle turned off for podcasts or you the podcasts will not be removed from the playlist after being played and you will listen to the same podcasts until you are sick of them.

I love the radio feature and the shake to shuffle feature!
