I would recommend this product to anyone looking into buying an MP3 player

Product is great once you figure out how to use it, the directions for use leave you hanging

Product has seriously broken software

But I still love the product though.

Apple has the utmost care for its customers, reasons why their "new" products are a tad expensive

I was impressed with their services but it made my realize that the product itself is not really that durable.

Thankfully Apple makes a good product.

I would certainly recommend this product to my friends (and I already have, my friend is getting it in purple) and I LOVE it.

It's a good product, but it and the iPad are the only Apple products I've ever owned and, being a heavy user of Windows-based computer system, figuring out how to use these products was quite a challenge.

A wonderful product in fun colors!!!
