The MAIN reason Sony mp3 players will NOT catch up to the iPod is that Sony does NOT include any media softwaer (see above comment) and that it's user interface isn't "that friendly" even though the sound quality is much better and it costs less!Apple's tech support is abysmal and virtually NON-existent as you must PAY to get support
