Product was all right, but the operation of iPod is awful, first it was hard to download music, try to download one song, it downloaded the whole CD, (now mind you these are songs I bought when I had my MP3 player).

Although the product when I received it had a small issue that seemed to have disappeared or has become rare but other than that it works just like the original one I had

I loved this product when I first got it but after a year or two, then the ipod started doing some crazy stuff with the screen.

Even though this player was originally released three years ago and is two generations behind Apple's latest incarnation of the Nano, I believe this is one of the best products ever released by the company
