The sound quality is even better than the old Mini and the video quality is better (if smaller) than the Ipod Video.

only thing i dont like is apple itunes software, as it don't allow me to add songs from friends systems, if i have to format my system then i have to take the backup of my itunes library too, other wise i will be ended up losing the complete music files and video's on ipod
