sales).This is a great product if you are brand new to iPod or don't own any accessories, but if you are like me and have invested a fair amount in products you expect to work with your iPod, steer clear.

I have ordered iPods before from Amazon, as well as various other products, and have never been dissappointed....nor have had any problems of any sort.

i would recommend this product even to people who are techno-phobic, because it is virtually plug and play.
