Fast shipping

I have not yet heard back regarding the refund (shipped it back a week ago).

I admitt I used the free shipping offer and everything was under their terms, however, in previous shipping experiences I had with Amazon

And now when trying to sync songs after monthes of neglect, it still now says it is missing a certain file to upload my songs "error message 1437".I am giving this 2 stars because of fast shipping, its apperance, and it working for a good month or so

The shipping was great!
