I love my new shuffle

I love the 4th generation shuffle for its spartan quality but the main design flaw is that when you try to re-clip you end up pushing the buttons

I was a bit short for cash and settled for the cheaper iPod shuffle

The shuffle is so compact -- I can keep it clipped on at chest level or higher -- no more tangles, no more picking up the iPod off the ground, and no more money spent on replacement headphones!

For the money, the Shuffle is impossible to beat.

Both times, the shuffle stopped working mid-workout when I got sweat on it (I had it clipped to my collar while running)

Eventually the shuffle wouldn't keep a charge so its unusable

The new shuffle is in my opinion completely useless for listening to podcasts and it appears that if you have any music on the Shuffle you cannot access the podcasts at all, regardless of what the downloaded pdf manual says

With its small, compact size, the Shuffle doesn't get in the way while running, and its really easy to switch songs using the buttons on the face of the device

If you're picky about finding the music to suit your mood, and you're trying to do work or work out, that screen is just a venue for distraction, but the blind shuffle lets you go with the flow, and if you autofill from your library like me,you sometimes rediscover forgotten gems
