Free apps are the best feature of the platform

I'd give 5 stars but for this unfortunate feature omission

One of my favorite features continues to be, when in my home on Wi-Fi, to reach down for the Touch, use Safari web browser and look something up.

If you want all the features of an iPhone, but cant afford the monthly bills, or already have a reliable cell phone... the iPod touch is for you

if you can get something better from Sony or some other brand you will usualy get more for your HD space for your money and excellent features.

Typing with the onscreen keyboard really isn't as bad as many are suggesting, and auto-correction can now be turned off if you don't like it (though I think it is brilliant).Some nice PDA features are pre-loaded on to the iPod touch, and you can download many more off of the App Store for free
