Apple told me that since I bought it from Amazon, they had no way to know when it shipped, so NO TECH SUPPORT

It's hella expensive, but if you can afford it, this is definitely the way to go

The only one I found that works is Videora IPod converter, but even this takes an expert to convert it the right way

It gives you a better way to charge it without a computer.

Either way, while the video quality is absolutely fabulous, these glitches are a little annoying.-The battery life for music playback is more than enough for me, most of the time

I REALLY wish there was a better way to scroll thru the alphabet

Video podcasts are truly a great new way, to get original new content on your video iPod

Overall, I the unit I received is as advertised and it works as I expect a refurbished iPod would work
