    Apple Magic Trackpad 2 (MJ2R2LL/A)

    • I like this better than the first because of size, and the surface is smoother
    • The surface is a lot smoother.
    • Vastly improved from earlier version: larger surface and, most important, really nice click action -- not too much effort, very gratifying to use
    • Nice smooth surface.
    • The larger surface feels more usable
    • I love the glass surface.
    • I had nothing but problems using this in a home theatre setup where I do not have a solid surface to rest it on
    • The surface is smooth and nice
    • Love the large surface and the consistent haptic feedback
    • I found that cleaning the surface of the old Magic Trackpad with alcohol (Everclear in my case) fixed it.
    • The large surface is great and the haptic feedback is just like on the laptops, it makes it feel like you're actually clicking something mechanical
    • Can be used on soft surfaces like a couch or pillow
    • Other improvements to the MT2 over the MT1:- 29% more surface area- Integrated
    • You can do a lot of things -- this review barely scratches the surface
    • I preferred the surface, the shape, and the appearance of the original to this one, which takes a lot more desk spaceIn short, I think the original was more or less perfect
    • Aside from the fact that it's bigger, has a rechargeable battery, and the surface is so smooth, the touch feels so much better to me.
    • A larger, more responsive, surface area with force touch are all just added bonuses for me.
    • I like the larger, smoother surface and the much more subtle feel of clicks (as opposed to the very springy, mechanical ones of the old trackpad).
    • Really nice... responsive, large surface area
    • The white surface (as opposed to previous metallic's) is kind of annoying, it doesn't really jive with the rest of my Mac equipment
    • It has an internal device that provides tactile feedback as if the surface is being depressed even though the surface does not move up and down
    • much larger than the previous generation magic trackpad and works great, surface feels like frosted glass.
    • Believe me, tho u can save like 60 bucks for buying trackpad 1, you will find it really hard to control and difficult to click
    • I set it up as fast as if would go and still found that Iwas "mousing" all over my desk.
    • LOVE the battery on this one as it stays charged a long time
    • If you take full advantage of such features as two finger swipe for back and forth in Safari, two finger scroll, or the five finger pinch to get to the app launcher, you will be at least as happy as before
