Do your home work, Some retailers are selling unknowing selling ipads that have been switched by thieves or in some cases unhonest employees, switching new ipads for fake or empty plastic shells, buyer beware

My only complaint is that the screen on the iPad Air has a cheap, hollow, plastic-like feel, which after looking it up seems perfectly normal, but it'll still take time to get used to (the screen was purposely made thinner in order to make the iPad thinner/lighter)

Works as I thought it would

The screen is scratch resistant and even though I've not treated mine with the best of care, it still shines as though it's brand new.

Works as it should without a hitch, as Apple products do

Works just as though it was a new one!

It's overpriced as with most Apple stuff, for lack of a true equal competitor, but it's hassle free and does everything you'd expect a modern tablet to do.
