I've enjoyed Apple TV products for many years

I love Apple products and had used Apple TV for over a year and for the most part was pleased.

This is an absolutely horrible product that barely works properly, cannot receive wifi good at all, and is almost impossible to get tech support help from Apple

Again great product, just a bit misleading when it comes up in the 4K search.

it’s just a really great product that allowed us to cancel Xfinity cable completely and just move the streaming over the Internet which is saved us money and provided us just as many options if not more

Too expensive, because it's Apple, but it's a great product and I would recommend trying this one if you're just getting into these products.

However, on the rare occasion where I have to do any configuration, such as entering user names or passwords, I'm stuck navigating around the on-screen alphabet with the most buggy, inefficient, and outright incompetently-designed interface I've ever encountered,In summary, if you have Apple devices that you'd like to connect through Airplay, I think you'll love this product
