I like the very flexible boom for the microphone easy to bend,etc.

This is an excellent headset, it fits very well, its comfortable, the boom is very easy to adjust manually and the boom folds in every direction, the earpiece rotates, its appears to be a sturdy mechanism, the thicker plug/adapter is integrated ie: no external male/female conversion was needed to work with my phone and it has its own volume control as well (in the picture at the left most with the black clip).

The boom is adjustable to use on either left or right side, and can be moved closer or further from your face to fine tune the microphone

The boom is super clear for our clients.
