There have been a few instances where I have accidentally disconnected a call when reaching across my body and pinching the button between my arm/chest.

(I have had some in the past where the 'mute' button could accidentally be triggered, very embarrassing when muting yourself by accident while talking to customers - in one case it was so

The mute button works more as a hang up

Love this, only issue is the annoying button on the cord that hangs up when you hit it.

it's hard to clip the wire to a shirt in a place that keeps it out of your face and keeps the button to hang up out of a place that it can get hit

It has a volume knob and "hang up" button on the cord which is useful

As others stated the button on the cord disconnects the calls, but as long as you don't niggle with it, it works great

The button on the headset is very easy to hit on accident.

The sound dial on the cord is a bit tricky to use because there is also a button to disconnect a call and every time I try to adjust the sound I accidentally press the call hang-up button - I've stopped using that and use my phone to adjust volume and hang up
