It may have been the external noise (there was a relatively loud amp on the stage that may have just overpowered the noise for the little ear bud but they did not work well in that setting.

If there’s loud noises in the background they are useless

When you use the walkies without the head pieces the sound is crystal clear, but the moment you plug in the ear pieces every time you hit the button there is an incredibly loud high pitched noise, no matter how far away from each other you are

Had a problem with the first one, making weird noise on all channels, they replaced pronto!!

A couple of them would have a humming noise that we couldnt get to go away

Good product would definitely buy from seller again had issue with one radio transmitting but not receiving and Ashley over there took care of us upon contact and sent us a new one within two days These radios have decent sound and transmit at a decent distance We use these radios when we drive our UTV’s around in groups and they work well
