I purchased these on march to use for crew com in a yacht, and one didn't work; they send me two new ones (good service), but now ALL batteries have gone bad (they like inflate)I purchased these almost a year ago and now they have sent me two new AR7 radios, I cannot say enough about the service received and the concern for my satisfaction
