If you really want that periwinkle, I recommend mixing blue and purple permanent dyes.

I have washed my hair twice now with color safe shampoo and the periwinkle is already basically a pale silver blue

I ended up going to my local supply store and buying another brand that smelled better, didn't stain, was a true dark blue and has lasted three weeks strong so far

I have tried the darker blue BEFORE and dye the hair but this color is like a hair conditioner 😐

Used blue purple and black came out a dark blue and looks amazing
