The container is difficult to remove from the machine and several times worried that the plastic might crack

Other reviews have commented on the tightness of the container that catches the grinds...it is quite tight, however, the container holds the grinds without making a mess when you remove it.

The clear ground coffee container is too tall, so it touches (actually fits snugly against) the part where the coffee comes out, making it hard to get out and put back in

However, it was crazy strong and I immediately realized why upon closer inspection of the coffee grinds themselves as they made contact with the water.
