This machine has many options on grinding type- the dial resets every time also kind of annoying - so mess and having to reset every time is why I’m giving this a four star review

Very nice Burr Coffee machine

This machine easily grinds oily coffees like French Roast and the grinder doesn't have to be cleaned after each use.

We’ve used this machine to grind 2 or 3 pots of drip coffee every day for the past 5 months

It's a good looking machine and fits right in next to my coffeemaker.

A great machine; such a relief from time and effort spent with my hand-crank grinder.

The grinder is a major factor in the flavor of your coffee, and despite its shortcomings, I do think this is a capable machine in terms of grind quality.

Fortunately, it’s simple enough to work around this issue through various combinations of tilting the machine back and forth (it's lightweight enough), giving the side a few taps, and running the burrs for a second or two while keeping the cup under the chute.

As I mentioned before, the size may be one of the reasons you can actually get a quiet machine, consistent grind, and a very short grind time.
