I would double check to make sure the pieces are all screwed in tight as I found the two Phillips screws were a bit loose.**Using the Mount**The height of the mount is going to obviously depend on the car's seat height and how far the rail bolt is located.

As you can imagine, a treadmill tends to shake a bit while in use.

The attachment took a little bit of thinking but the result works well.

Use during driving is not great do to its moment and reading it is a bit difficult

Installation is a pain, but that could be due to the odd bit I needed to lift the seat bolt

It's a good product and it swivels, but i had to give it a 4 because its still has a bit if a wobble.

Unless I've done something wrong, the bracket was not big enough to fit around the chair bolt and had to be ground down a bit.

It shakes a bit while driving, but is not really bad
