Their representative was great and really wanted to help with the battery issue, but when she went up the chain to get a replacement, I was only offered a charge adapter with the battery issue off the table

Before this battery issue, I had upsold these cameras to everyone and even bought 24 more for family members

I would not recommend buying Arlo until they fix the battery issue.
