I deducted a star because it lags quite a bit and there are times it goes 'offline'

The motion activated record lags a bit, and the base firmware is a little glitchy, but they still work okay

At the time I gott this, I bought a different camera for the basement for a tiny fraction of the price and it is every bit as good

They make me feel a bit safer after losing my German Shepherd

Love the new options but there is a few seconds of lag so talking back and listening can miss a small bit on communication

I am a first time homebuyer and was a bit hesitant to drop a lot of money for these expensive cameras

A bit annoying, but livable for the price point.

The speaker is a bit weak, and all Arlos still suffer from a significant lag time, but this is really quite good.

I have yet to recharge the batteries on the cameras, but it seems a bit odd that you have to completely remove the camera to charge them.

I would like to see the speaker volume to be improved a bit

I wish it was a little bit better about picking up motion... it misses quite a bit unless I am physically watching it live.

It takes a good bit of time to initially setup fully with all the parameters and rules but you are rewarded with great flexibility in how you can use it.
