The speaker is a bit weak, and all Arlos still suffer from a significant lag time, but this is really quite good.

I have yet to recharge the batteries on the cameras, but it seems a bit odd that you have to completely remove the camera to charge them.

I wish it was a little bit better about picking up motion... it misses quite a bit unless I am physically watching it live.

It takes a good bit of time to initially setup fully with all the parameters and rules but you are rewarded with great flexibility in how you can use it.
