One great thing is that my iPhone 6s Plus with the protective case will fit the armband with no forcing it in.

For me, I wrap my phones in an otterbox or other premium protective case, and that's a problem when I want to go out for a run.

The AB92 is the biggest armband and definitely the best for the X in a Defender case, it was not a struggle to get it in.
