I love the tab on the side for extra headphone cord, and the band fits snugly on my arm but comfortably as well
Since it is a perfect fit, it is not unnecessarily bulky or larger than it needs to be, which makes for a more comfortable fit and makes the phone more secure.
The screen is definitely useable while in the armband
The screen is still completely accessible through the plastic cover which is a must for changing music
The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because I feel like the plastic screen can fog up fairly easily when sweating (not enough for any potential damage, though) and said screen is not as "touch friendly" as you could hope for

There's still a little extra room, but my phone feels secure, and has never slipped out.
I am able to access my phone's features through the plastic cover without an issue and the case is easy to wear and protects my phone while I am working out
I use it when I run and when I lift weights and it keeps my phone secure
The top of the holder does not cover the top of my phone, but I have no concern about that - it fits quite snuggly and there's no way the phone is going to fall out
