Originally I had given this keyboard a three star review just for its functionality, but I am adding a fourth star for the excellent customer service experience.

Also the customer service was great!The codes are different from my so it takes a bit getting used to that; and by codes what I mean is the "home" button, "end", "esc" ...

Customer service has been excellent as the keyboard I received had two keys that didn't response and customer service quickly address and replaced the keyboard.

Had issues charging mine but customer service was very responsive and helpful, and sent me a replacement.

Honestly, I would have been happy with a replacement Arteck, but after this experience will spring for something pricier, hoping that this time I buy some customer service as well.... recommend you do the same, unless you're willing to risk a lot of hassle.

Edit: I was contacted about my review and it's possible that mine was defective, either way the customer service is super nice and offered a replacement for free which I really appreciate
