Works as advertised, took a little while to understand exactly how it worked

Brilliant and easy to clean and refill, saves so much time a s is so much cleaners than a bowl.

My old one worked great until the plastic started to crack

Why did they have to mess with a winning design that worked?

The one I had had before had a tank that looked more like a cooler water bottle with a narrow neck and worked like a water cooler

It functions fine but more work to filling bottle and getting it back into the dispenser.

It is just the right size to last a few days for one XS dog.

We returned this "improved" waterer because we liked our original so much better.

We use it as a backup to the cats' other water bowls, but they both seem to prefer the waterer

We replaced our old Aspen Pet Lebistro Waterer with this one because our old one broke.

This water dispenser is a great price for an awesome size.

I probably did not need to order one as large as I did but this watering bowl system in very good quality and reasonably priced!

The product was just great however my problem was with the delivery end of it

The product is useless, and Amazon won't accept returns on this per hygiene concerns

It is a very easy product to work with and has been working out wonderfully for our dogs

I love this product however the glug of the water bubbles scare the shiv outta my heeler

This was cheaper and better quality then some I looked at In store

Like the size of it it’s not the highest quality but it serves its purpose

It doesnt get slimy or anything and is really good quality, easy to take on and off.

This fell apart second time I used it do not purchase low quality

Unfortunately, I learned the hard way not to put the top plastic part in the dishwasher

The way this is designed is awful.

The easiest way to refill it is to fill the clear bottle, put the bowl on top and twist to lock in place, then slowly turn the whole thing over to set it down.

Other than that I guess it does dispense water into the bowl, so I guess it does what it's supposed to, just not the best way IMO.

On this model, the water level in the open part where the animal drinks from rises all the way up the top of the rim - making it impossible to move the waterer without making a mess

3 big dogs makes giving water so much easier especially in the hot summer

My dog refused to drink from it because the glubbing scared him but other than that it’s a good product

I placed a mat underneath the first day because my dogs go crazy when lapping up water

I have 4 good sizen dogs and they really go through the water.

Our dogs will eat and drink just about anything, but they refuse to touch the water in this dispenser

I can hand wash the inside easily so my dogs have fresh water

It's huge this allows for your dogs to have fresh water for a long time

The problem for us is the water gets dirty very fast and the bowl is too big

and I'm always going out to dump the bowl water so it can refill fresh

Also the water gets dirty really fast and when you fill the entire bottle up with water...it's quite heavy

My only suggestion is put the bowl back together before you lay it back down after filling.

The bowl can get dirty if it isn’t changed every couple days

They usually favor the bowl in the bedroom because that is where they spend most of their time

Alternatively, twist the bowl on upsidedown and flip the whole thing

I would definitely recommend this to other people looking for a good water bowl!

The day of our trip I picked it up and found this split, and it was split halfway around the circumference of the cover

It's great for hot days though, since we can't seem to refill the regular bowl quick enough.

I like the original design better, so I docked them one star for that, plus for mislabeling the header for this item.

This design sucks the food or solid material right up into the clean water area.

Pretty spectacular design flaw which should be disclosed to pet parents

Overall good, but weird design of the bowl causes water to get caught up inside after washing.

The downfall is that when it got here it had a bad smell in it, vinegar and some elbow grease got it out, but it would be nice if it didn't smell upon arrival!

My other problem is water pooling underneath them, I put a tray under the bowls because of the pooling water, but now there is a musty smell

After in use for 24 hours I walked into the room where the unit was and the whole room smelled terrible.

These are easy to clean as well, and don't have a weird plastic smell, so my cats didn't shy from using the bowls right

The plastic smells very sweet and you can smell it from a distance

Of course the bottle is a bit awkward to wash inside the rim but that is to be expected of any bottle of this shape/type

A bit cumbersome when fitting the bottle back into the base, as you have to turn it til it drops into position correctly

it’s a bit heavy and hard for 5’2 to turn it and not dump the water trying to hang on to it

The wide mouth water bottle is a good idea, although the cap seems a bit difficult to remove at times.

This does not hold water dumps until bottle is empty :( useless

The trick I’ve found is if you tilt it upright with the bowl portion on the bottom, it does drain whatever water is sitting in that weird space.

The bottom does get dirty as you can see but that seems to be unavoidable.

I didn't really believe other reviews at first but this thing does get dirty fast
