There are no humans and it appears that they just have a bot that spams your email with "toggle power" and "soft reset!"I have had more satisfaction with 5$ earbuds.

They only know how to tell you to perform a hard reset (the process for which should be explained in the manual to begin with).Finally, this is a minor gripe, but it's needlessly complicated how you have to plug everything together to make any changes through the Astro PC software.

Sometimes when they do, they give a generic messaage that is always the same "Make sure the switch is in pc/ps4 mode and do a hard reset of the headset"
