    • Provides much better connectivity and speed compared to the router I replaced
    • However, I noted that my laptop often would connect to the 2.4ghz frequency which then limited the speeds to 50mbs
    • "faster" speeds over WiFi is through the processors on board these wireless routers.
    • All devices which need to communicate must run at the slowest speed among them.

    • Among their favorites were: possibly too many devices on the wifi, the wifi is only as fast as the slowest device on the network, your equipment may be too old (uh, no…), possibly too many nearby neighbors with wifi, and the go-to escape clause: speeds are only guaranteed over Ethernet
