    • She used the drive to copy CD DVD without any problem and so far it only required 1 USB plug (cable come with dual head USB plug in case 1 port cannot provide enough power)
    • With some laptops this device may require the use of 2 USB ports to get sufficient power.
    • Also, it takes up two USB ports to give it enough power to operate properly and to not cause hang up problems
    • Worked fine with just one of the USBs plugged in (it comes with a cord that has two USB connectors on it in case your machine doesn't produce enough power to run the drive on just one USB connection.)Very lightweight

    • My only complaint is that the USB cable is a "Y-cable" that states it should hook up to 2 USB ports for adequate power supply.
    • Their installation guide says there may be enough power to use one USB but the length of the cord is not long enough that I can place the drive on a table while using the laptop in my lap

    • works fine but had problems recording to dvd-r , tried +r and it work have mac but on line saw widows 7 person had the same problem
