We've had some issues figuring out how to use some things (printing was really hard for us with this, for some reason) but overall -- it is an amazing little device for school.

When it works, it's a nice device; very light, adequately fast, comfortable to use

The device still boots up and most of the screen still works

So it's not 5 stars because that would mean perfection - difficult for such an inexpensive device that serves it's purpose astonishingly well.

(if you have the same issue, press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+R, then "powerwash" the device - your bookmarks will be saved, but I don't know about any data that isn't in the cloud since I haven't used it long enough to accumulate data or really learn what the device is capable of, and you will have to reset your wallpaper).

This was an invasion of privacy and tells me the provider has no intent on fixing defective devices.

For browsing, youtube, email, google docs, shopping, or anything you might want to do on the internet, this device is very comfortable

It's a beautiful device and it is lightning quick- even with multiple tabs running

Great for browsing the web and watching videos, and it's actually turning into a good work device too.

Great device, however, does not NOT reset it to factory new when you power wash it, Instead, anything that is installed is kept, leaving you no choice but to have to live with low disk room for the rest of the chromebook's days
