Performance was great and FreeSync is really cool

Freesync makes your monitor refresh at the same rate as your GPU is putting out frames

I considered the Asus ROG Swift (PG278Q), which is compatible with G-Sync, nVidia's proprietary system for accomplishing the same thing as FreeSync

The onscreen OSD FPS that you can turn on with the monitor also helps a lot with seeing when Freesync is working and when its not for specific games.

I was waiting for a good 1440p Freesync 144Hz monitor to come out that included fixes for the ghosting found in early Freesync monitors.

One tip most people will probably know that a gaming setup is nothing without rgb LED’s, thus most people buy one to place behind monitor, if you are one of those people buy a usb LED light strip so it can connect to the monitor when it turns on and off when not receiving power, that way no grbabing rgb controller every time.
