When I called WOW the second time they finally let me know this wont work with WOW.

The cable modem is barely even warm every time I've touched it, even when it's downloading large Xbox One games or updates

But had to power cycle the router by unplugging from wall outlet in order for it to recognize the Cable WAN after the reset (which was never disconnected).- Had the DHCP server on the router fail multiple times, with the only fix to power cycle the router
