Lack of a GOOD manual is inexcusable in display of this "quality" especially when it boots up to fuzzy unreadable text in 1920x1200 resolution (well below capability).
-
Maybe I have a bad unit or lack of experience with it
-
I also received a sound bar as a gift and not being able to place them under the monitor due to the limited adjustability of the stand and the lack of a VESA mount seriously limited my options
-
One notable drawback would be the lack of VESA mounting option
-
Another annoyance for me is the lack of a dedicated volume up/down button
-
1) lack of height adjustment, 2) lack of mounting holes on the back in case I wanted to hang it on the wall, and 3
-
The singular flaw with this monitor is the lack of a VESA-compatible mounting option.
-
The only downside I can think of is the lack of USB 2.0/USB 3.0 ports
-
But the lack of VESA mount really hurts
-
No noticeable IPS bleed, awesome color, and the lack of bezel is nice
-
Good monitor but the lack of a VESA mount makes Asus not a consideration in the future.
-
Unfortunately, the lack of height-adjustment, backlight bleed and poor viewing angles are still an issue

Love the touch buttons and lack of bezel
-
Unfortunately, it suffers from a few major flaws, the obvious being the lack of height adjustment

The lack of DisplayPort is also a bit concerning if you're planning on using this monitor for something that needs 60 fps.
-
I loved the lack of bezels and the overall quality of the monitor itself

It can be considered as good as or even better than the 27UD88 one

The LED LCD has almost zero ghosting and is plenty fast enough for everyday use as well as for gaming with its 4 MS time

As a Mac user, I am very picky on the quality of my monitor and I have been suffering as of late with the lack of color-consistency between my Macbook's screen and the monitor I was using.
-
I use it with a macbook pro 15 inch and it seems to be just as good as if i was using a thunderbolt display from apple

Text isn't quite as sharp as on my 24" lcd monitor, but it isn't so bad that you couldn't use this as a primary monitor, in my opinion
-
You'll be shocked and run as fast as you can to a different brand; i kinda wish I had but the saving grace is their hardware realy is pretty solid and perfoms very well
-
You think they would make it a easy non snap way to pop the back off where you install all your cabling
-
Works fine on the 15" (different graphics card), but there is some incompatibility with the 13" over usb-c
-
The design is sleek and modern and looks just as good as the 4K images it can display
