All in all a great product

Very easy to have two windows on the screen and not have to strain eyes to see both..I have had the product a couple of months and have no issues with it

The ASUS is a much better product in all regards.

The thin bezel made it look like a very expensive premium product

Well, I received the product in mid-June but didn't take it out of the box until November

I would like to give a positive review as we've had good experiences with the brand, but sadly, both the original product and the replacement exhibited manufacturing flaws.

As a whole, this is a great product with great visuals

The only thing that knocked this product down to three stars is the inability to wall mount this product without having to buy a $60 dollar adapter which I think is ludicrous for a piece of sheet metal

But with the one monitor basically not working anymore, and these controls being awful, and the instructions sucking terribly, if I'd had had an option to pay a few more dollars and gotten a slightly less cheap product I should have done so.

Thus far, I believe this is a good product and design, I just received a defective unit

This is a very poor product and there is something wrong with the manufacturing process to have defective monitors shipped with obviously no QA or testing protocols in place before they leave the plant

If you look up Bang & Olufsen on Amazon, you will see that their audio products are quite top of the line

I would not recommend this product for old people, easily irritated people, or anyone that wants to edit video or photo

Well, I have to say, I just unboxed this and hooked it up, it's certainly nicer than the Asus 248H-P that it's replacing

Works fine on the 15" (different graphics card), but there is some incompatibility with the 13" over usb-c
