    ASUS PCE-AC55BT B1 Wireless-AC1200 Bluetooth 4.2 PCIe/mPCIe Adapter

    • Finally I went into the device manager, found the AC1200 network interface and decided to try updating the drivers from there, fully expecting it to come back and say "the best driver is already installed", and it found and installed a driver
    • I bought this for an older computer that had been upgraded to a few different versions of windows and just didn't have the best wifi adapter and wifi drivers.
    • I installed the pack from ASUS, however the "Intel PRO Set Wireless" drivers were more accurate
    • I had no problems with downloading the latest drivers from the mfr website, and no problems with WinX reconizing & using this device
    • the wireless signal seems decent, but i am wired, so this wasn't an issue at the moment. was plug and play, although i did grab the correct drivers just because you should.
    • Breeze to install, Windows 10 automatically downloaded drivers and instructed me to restart
    • After I installed it Windows recognized and installed the correct drivers for both the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth
    • No issues found, drivers installed automatically, all worked out of the box
    • Using wow latency as I guide I tried to find out if windows ten drivers or Asus drivers were better but couldn’t tell a difference, so I went with windows 10 auto drivers
    • , it randomly decides to not work, and disconnect because it wants to, i suspect the drivers are horrible or something of the sort, it randomly stops working or causes the entire pc to crash.
    • This was purchased to replace a bargain-basement brand wireless PCI-e card that failed within 2 weeks of purchase, and it has perfomed invisibly since installation
