I have this with a 2700 CPU with no problems and just update the bios if you plan to use high speed memoryI got my G Skill Trident Z RGB running at 3200mhz after the bios update with no problems at allThe only cons that I can find on this board its that it does not have enough USB ports but thats just me since I got a lot of USB to connect
